Scope: Measurement and re-drawing, architectural research.
This neo-classic building was once a residence of West Java governor under the Dutch colonial authority. After the World War II the residence turned into the office of DKI Jakarta governor until now.
Finding and putting back the original form of its lay out and ornaments is the main purpose of researching and conserving the building that has gone through a lot of changes since it is built. To trace back the past took a number of interviews with the personnel who worked in this office, and a series of study through old books and photographs.
